We help employers handle the administrative side of a wage garnishment order. That includes preparing the required documentation, providing procedural guidance, and supporting the process from intake through delivery of the prepared materials.
Employers. Business owners, HR managers, payroll administrators, office managers, and operations staff who have received a wage garnishment order involving an employee. We do not work with the employee whose wages are subject to the order.

Timing depends on the completeness of the information provided and the documentation required. Turnaround expectations are confirmed with you after your information is reviewed.
Generally, basic details about your business, the employee record relevant to the order, and a copy of the order and any instructions received. If anything else is needed, we will tell you during the review.
No. We do not guarantee compliance, elimination of liability, or any particular outcome. We prepare documentation and provide procedural guidance based on the information you supply.
